Our task is to make a ideal diet and workout for a water polo player.

This is important to us because

  • We ourselves are athletes and would like to use these in our own individual sports.
  • We as athletes would like to share this with our coaches so that these exercises can not just benefit us but benefit the school and our team.
  • These excersizes will not just help water polo players but will help with other sports and benefit someone who just wanna get fit or succeed in athletics in general.
  • Since this is online our community will have access to this information and since the world web is a large community the word will be able to get out quicker.
  • Since water polo and other sports are world wide and the internet is the same. The world wide community has access to this and are able to use this to better there athletic skill.

  • Our task was to make a video to help water polo players get into optimal shape in the weight room.

Our task was to find out a proper diet and exercise for a athlete that we chose randomly and the athlete that we chose was a water polo player

We did this project because-
  • We were assigned it

Since one of our partner Christopher Blondeau plays waterpolo we sha'll give him this diet and workout and he will have the

diet the rest of the waterpolo season and the workout every day for the rest of the season and we will ask him at the end of

the year if he has felt any improvement to his game since starting this diet and workout and if he has felt any slight change this would

be actual proof that this workout and diet works.
