Unit 1 - How can I pull my own weight?

Creation Phase Instructions

In the Create Phase, student groups will spend their time focused on the creation of their Athletic Training Video. The video should be produced according to plan (using the Task List) such that it meets the Design Brief (group goal statement) and Design Specifications. Students should try their best to use the appropriate techniques and equipment that they learned about in class together. The video must meet both the requirements of the Create Phase Rubric (found below) and the rubrics given by PE instructor Ms. Sokol. Each student needs to participate in the filming and editing of the project in some form. In order to ensure that the groups are following the plan they created, each member of the group will be responsible for submitting a Process Journal that details their involvement in the production of the video product and any thoughts, decisions, or comments they feel are important to share with the Design Tech instructor. The process journal should include entries that are ordered chronologically and give some insight into the steps and actions taken by the student. Students are encourage to provide as much detail as they feel necessary to communicate their involvement in the production process.

(*The Video and accompanying Process Journals are DUE on September 20th, 2011. The Design Tech instructor has given detailed instructions below as to what file format must be used in the exportation of the video file and how to submit the video to the class. The process journal will be turned in on the ManageBac website. A link below is provided for student convenience.)
