Task: Weight lifting project
Criteria: A, C

Required project elements in Criterion A:
- Complete workout: each student in group clearly explains 3 pieces of equipment and 1 stretch, including how to use the equipment and what muscles are worked
- A clear illustration of the diet plan, including why the specific type of athlete would benefit from eating these foods
- 3 community locations, including contact information
- Complete, accurate source citation (submitted on a piece of paper with name)
- Clear, honest list of the contributions of each group member
