Create a training program, a nutrition plan and workout location for a defense football player.


State how the task is related to the AoI (and the guiding question):

Creating a workout for people aspiring to be an athlete, especially a football player, relates to the AOI "Community and Service" because we're helping the community in the process. We provide a lifestyle guide that helps with diet, workouts, and workout locations.

Weightroom, cameras, computers (+macs), books, internet, movie editing programs (iMovie).

Write a concise description of the task and your solution (‘Design Brief’) addressing ‘who’, ‘what’, ‘why’, and ‘how’:

We are targeting people who want to get in shape specifically for football. We provide what you should eat and how you should workout and where because different sports have different requirements. Different athletes need different workouts.

Make a list of specifications that your product and presentation MUST have (‘Design Specification’):

3 weight room machines/ equipments and 1 stretch per person and as a group we need 3 locations and a diet plan

These sources showed us what muscles to use and work in order to excel. They also showed us about the diets, for energy and better performance, as well as telling us the level one should be at in these workouts. In order to not do too much or to little, these sources showed us the correct ways to do things. Some of these sources also explained which muscles, stretches, and workout need to be used and done.

Describe a set of ‘Tests for Success’ that you will perform on your product to see if your solution was successful (Think of each of the design specs you must meet and how you can test them individually!):


3 weight room machines/ equipments and 1 stretch per person. you can test this by doing the stretch and weight equiment, you would feel that your muscle are tight after a day and that indecates that you did the stretch and weight equiment properly.
