To create a workout video that will aid young aspiring football players in their training.

Kids in our community and in the worldwide community will be able to train safely like a football player.

Knowing what exercises to do, what diet to follow, and how this will help them to become a healthy football player

State how the task is related to the AoI (and the guiding question):

The task is related to the AoI, community and service, because we are making a video to help others in the community.

We make a guide that helps with diet, workouts, and workout locations, in order to become a healthy footballplayer.

The internet to look up information on where to workout, to find out a good diet plan on what exercises to do and what

those do for you, also what muscle they work out.teachers to let us into the gym to work out for our video and to get advice from,

books to learn the exercises and foods to eat,magazine, Sports Illustrated,

The task at hand is to create a training video that teaches people how to diet and train for being a defensive football player.

This video will be used by coaches and student athletes to learn how to train for being a defensive football player. We will be making
this with supplies from school and the equipment in the gym.

Make a list of specifications that your product and presentation MUST have (‘Design Specification’):

Total of 9 excersises , 3 for core cruches, planking, wieghted trunk lifts, 3 for upper body bicep curls bench press push ups, 3 for lower body tire lifts squats leg press.(3 per person)

These sources were very useful we used them to learn what muscles to work out and how to work them out in order to succeed.

These are also how we found out what are diet plan is and how that diet plan relates to a football player, with what protiens and nutriants
give a healthy diet with plenty of energy.
